Service Description

Join us for a magical 4 week block of mixed felting techniques as we work towards completing a beautiful Enchanted forest mixed media felt picture. (approx A4 size) Each week we will work on a different element of your picture, building up layers of interest and gaining creative skills including wet felting, 2d and 3d felting, embroidery and mixed media slow stitch techniques. By the end of week 4 you will have a beautiful mixed media felted picture, full of creativity, enchantment and whimsy, mounted and ready to take away and frame. Week one - Base design, colour, composition and preparation with wet felting Week 2 - Needle felting and composing main background elements Week 3 - detail felting/embroidery, stitch and fabric additions Week 4 - Final embroidery, beads, embellishments, creative additions & mount 630pm - 830pm Thursday evenings - 4 week block All materials and full tuition included, no experience required, all you need to bring is yourself Suitable for beginners, Ages 14 and over welcome when accompanied by an adult
