I also offer personalised tags or cards and these can be attached to your item or included in the product packaging, this can be arranged at the checkout section. Yes, Our products come beautifully gift boxed and packaged, so they are ideal as ready to give gifts. It's easy to organise, just enter the recipient details in the shipping section when checking out and include a note in the comments with any information and I will organise it for you.

My studio is a busy place so I'm usually multi tasking making orders and processing orders for dispatch too. I aim to process all orders placed online within 3-5 days (this involves getting them packaged up ready for dispatch) I then post via Royal Mail or Parcel force courier and delivery takes around 1-2 days. Overall from ordering to receiving your item, it should be no more than 7 days. Please see delivery section for more information,

Each product is handmade and therefore unique, the products in the photos on my website are ones I use as my stock photos, some are one off designs and some are replicated but always hand made from scratch. Where a design is replicated the same design and colouring will be applied in the same way as it was when I designed the original image. Although there will be slight variations especially for items impressed using wild flowers, I always aim to maintain the same beautiful standard with every piece.

Our craft studio is connected to our workshop at 10-12 Pentland Court, Glenrothes, Fife, KY6 2DA. The craft studio is open for scheduled classes and workshops, these can be booked via the website or by visiting the gift room. The gift room is open Wednesdays - Fridays 1130-230.

The workshop is a working studio where we create our giftware range, it is not open to the public except during specific events such as Open studios. These times will be published via our social media channels and newsletter. The gift room is located within the workshop and has regular opening times of 11:30-2:30 Wednesday - Friday.
