Personalise your masterpiece with positive quotes or affirmations and immerse yourself in a mindfulness crafting session that promotes wellbeing, confidence, relaxation and creativity. A selection of inspiring positive quotes and affirmations will be available on the day but feel free to bring your own quotes or words or something meaningful to you and we can help you add them to your mixed media piece. This 2-3 hour class is suitable for beginners so no previous experience is needed, all materials full tuition and supported step by step guidance is provided along with complementary refreshments. Suitable for age 14 and over.
